Dear Youngman: There is something that God wants you to do for him. Look for it. In the meantime, *Read your Bible and obey it *Pray fervently and without ceasing *Love God and your fellow man *Stay away from the world (reject it with all hostility) , *Beware of false doctrine from even the most well-meaning (as soon as something does not sound right, deal with it. Stop it at the cornea.). Don't get distracted by side issues. Remember that our future is the woods. How would you fare if you were out there? There will be no buying and selling for us. Assess your dependency level. As you read the scriptures look at the occupations, flora, fauna, dust, techniques, etc. Let your mind be open for the instructions that it has for you. There is a word for the dependent man to lead him out of this deplorable, denatured state. As for the ether, think "firmament" and figure out the answer to what day two really means. This will give you the keys to the firmament. There is much ground to cover, don't get stuck and watch out for many books--of the making of many books there is no end. Think back over the suggestions for taking care of yourself, e.g., making a pair of trousers and a shirt for yourself (even if only to wear at night), growing an edible plant, etc.--each of the five areas (food, clothing, shelter, water, fire). Do experiments in each of these areas. We plan to go dig up cattails for a soggy place in the yard. Cattails have been called the "supermarket of the swamps". You can eat them, they can keep you warm, you can make flour out of them, mats/baskets, etc. Start with your interest. With a bent in this direction, knowing our future is in the woods, a project here or there will quickly become a whole base of knowledge. More than one item in the garden came because I saw it and saw that it was a Bible plant. In fact, at first, the garden was just a corner parcel of land that I gave Hannah because I read in the scriptures where Jacob gave Joseph a plot of land. We called it the Biblical garden and stood in it and prayed for God's blessing on it--and he did bless it. I praise the Lord with you upon the remembrance of your journey. May it always continue upward and outward in Christ. Working in the shadow of the beast and the coming of the Lord, Mephibosheth
