All the pesticides in modern farming are killing the bees. Sanitized, homogenized lawns require chemicals. The overload is too great on the bees. Not all flowers have nectar. The dandelions are gone. The clover is gone. The bees are disappearing without a trace.

Hired beekeepers have to be careful about servicing the agriculturalists (I am becoming loathe to say "farmers") because of all the chemicals used in modern agriculture.
