Greetings Youngman:

Through craft, America's wealth has been stolen and we've been left with
worthless dollar bills and cheap coins (in commercial nations like
America, money is actually precious metal coin--gold, silver, or
copper--see the Webster's 1828.  Dollars are to be redeemable for these
metals.  The powers that be stole the metals and left us with the
worthless dollars).  The system is going to blow up.  Sen. Ron Paul has
reported what he has seen over his decades in Congress (powers can't wait
until the "old" people die off who still have some semblance of
understanding).

I am writing this to share my outlook.  Right now, dollars can buy goods. 
I am saving my dollars so that I can buy a homestead, I am not saving them
against, "retirement".  "Retirement" is for people that want to maintain
the same industrial lifestyle when they get old.  Maybe get a condo in
Florida, play golf, and go to the clubhouse on the grounds.  I want to pay
for a large piece of good land with clean water and accoutrements and then
have enough money in the bank earning interest to pay the taxes.  If I die
on my land, somebody can take out a pick axe and shovel and bury me (being
careful to obey laws lest they get accused of foul play).

It is becoming harder and harder to find good agricultural land in certain
areas.  The big developers are buying up all the good farm land and razing
it.  They are filling in productive, moist, bog meadows and building
sterile, you-can't-have-a-goat developments on it.  Even if I found land
that had been used for farming, I have to know what farming methods were
used on it.  These farming chemicals destroy the land.  Chemical
fertilizers give no food to the earth or the earthworms, so the land turns
to nothing.  I do not want to farm on that.

In today's corrupt agricultural methods (agriculture versus husbandry),
the manure from the cows and hogs is not returned back to the land to feed
the land, so do you know what some of these wicked men are doing?  Feeding
the manure back to the animals as a source of nutrients!  One ration I
read of for cows was like 50% manure, 25% sawdust, and maybe the rest some
type of a grain.  That is wicked.  The love of money drives men keep the
very last penny, no matter who or what they hurt.  These false scientists,
with their fancy degrees sit in these research labs all day trying to
figure out what they can vandalize next.  The manure is misused, meanwhile
the land is becoming barren.  Everything is all turned around.

Homesteads can still be had--probably plenty in remote places.  I want a
mountain like Caleb--at least way upland with no university or business
above me.  I've drank mountain water that was flowing down.  It was good
to drink--way up high.  You'll need clean water.  I was looking recently
and saw a homestead with berry bushes, etc. on it for $75k.  
That is not much money.  I would like to stay in my current area,
but my mind is open.

You can see how compiling a list of questions is a critical piece of
preparing for your blessing.  You can also look up the most common
diseases that afflict your animals and birthing.  Understand what
nutrients it takes for a man to stay alive.  What do you like out of each
group?  Grow each one to know you can do it.  Eat what you have grown. 
Your experiments will automatically widen.  We did not go with "the four
food groups".  We thought about the basic constituents of man in the
scriptures and then looked for foods that would feed each one.
