I purchased, some years ago, a set of about 20 of these VHS videos. I just went to their website and it looks like they sell DVDs now and THEY DO NOT INCLUDE EMPTY CITIES. I will give you the long and short of it--

**They examine ancient civilizations.

**They examine some of their descendants today who have fallen into what they call, "decadence".

**They show how these civilizations over and over again did NOT fall because of migrations, calamities, etc. They fell because of "decadence". These don't only include tribal peoples, but Romans, etc.

It is an amazing video and an amazing truth. The textbook will offer all kinds of explanations for nations being straightened--anything but sin. They all fall because of it. God enlargeth the nations and straiteneth them again.

There are also other powerful videos in the series. They may or may not seem low in your eyesight in terms of scientific insight, yet there are many powerful powerful truths behind many of them.

Does Dr. Moon say everything just the way I want him too? No (I can't even meet that task yet), but he is sober and he is a teacher. When Hannah was two, she was on the couch sucking her thumb and watching one of these videos. I walked into the room surprised at the scene.

"What are you watching?"

"I'm watching about blood cells."

(Incidentally, I'm very interested in blood-- Dr. Moon puts it, about the only book that has more about blood in it than the Bible is a textbook on hematology. It is the life of the flesh and without it, there is no remission of sin.)

The videos are short, about 30 minutes each. I enjoyed the series (see below). I don't remember each one, but I put [NICE] next to the ones that I found particularly opening. I learned a lot from the series. I'm sorry that Empty Cities is absent. It [Empty Cities] even goes to current peoples with bloody mouths from shapening teeth or a woman (?) whose nostrils are cut off--maybe for the dead or maybe to placate her gods or maybe to get a request from them like when the prophets of Baal cut themselves.

I paid about $150 for the series. The DVDs today are about $100 with free shipping. A list of videos in the series (you can find them individually on the website and read their synopses)--

I also have a few other Moody Series including one more old one, but it does not appear to be for sale anymore. I only saw one of the videos--it is about the migration of butterflies--I don't know if it also has the teaching about an AMAZING salmon who rammed his way through a four inch pipe, up an L-shaped portion in order to get back to his birthplace in a commercial hatchery. They didn't know where that big salmon in the hatchery with the small fry came from. They came up with a guess, looked under the ground and found many of his comrades who died trying to make it. Phenomenal.

I also have maybe two of their new series. One night I sat alone watching one about astronomy. At the conclusion of the presentation, I sat back--Selah--and said aloud, "My son, I will teach you the fear of the Lord."

I've worshipped looking into science and this groundbreaking series was groundbreaking in my life. Today, I still feel its effects. Mephibosheth
