Dear Youngman: Greetings, again. I don't know if you are familiar with the subject state park [Ashfall Fossil Beds] located in Nebraska, but it has the fossilized remains of rhinos, camels, horses, crane, giant tortoises, and other animals that most consider not native to America. They are fossilized in what they said was a lake when some event froze them in their tracks. Of course the park attributes all of this evolution but I read an article that offers a clearer perspective on what happened. I believe that they have found more fossilized animal remains outside of that lake within like a 200 mile range. Imagine the great rhino roaming this land... Peleg...in his days the earth was divided. That means that it was whole at one time. At one time I studied to see when Peleg lived. It seemed that it could have been near the time of Babel. People scattered, nations scattered, the land mass divided up and scattered into continents and islands. Some have criticized saying how could the animals get to Australia from Noah's ark. Peleg lived well after Noah. When the land divided, the animals remained on the land masses where they were found. Of course, they migrated and people have introduced animals and plants to new lands. Native Americans called the horse, "The white man's big dog" because they did not know the horse. There are fossilized horses at Ashfalls. It appears that there was a contingent of horses and other animals here that died off and later inhabitants did not know. Mephibosheth
