Things are tough for me right now and I won't be on the computer much. It doesn't work too well for me. I've taken to even handwriting business correspondence.
Don't be anybody's toilet bowl, you are holy. I did not watch that entire Obama speech where he was blaspheming. I heard a little, heard a little more and cut it off. I have books. I skim a little. If I see something that is not good, I take a black marker/pen/pencil scribble it out, add what is right, skip over, make my eyes unfocused so that somebody's error does not get in my head. I may destroy it or cut out that page, etc.
Do the same.
Stop errors at the cornea, do not let them get into you. Keep them out at the ranges. If I am reporting about a blasphemer/heretick, if you just take my word for it, it will free you from being involved with that unclean individual. When I was active on Jesus-is-Lord.com I often would not give my sources in order to protect my readers. I try to offer enough support for my assertions so that they can be believed without further research.
The information that I put forth for your consideration is in concentrated form. These are things that I have learned over a long period of time. I am not encouraging you to read a bunch of extrabiblical sources as a way of life but believe that our short discussion will help you get an overall understanding of the times in which we live.
All seems so quiet, but the war is already begun. As I may have mentioned to you before, the beast may already be alive. Several years ago, it was as if I could hear him breathing while I sat at the bottom of the basement steps. We certainly know that America is in for yet more changes. There are probably more than a few things that we have yet to discuss.
Keep your eyes open for information on air. Consider the techniques of biological warfare and perhaps how to avoid its horrible effects--the ranges, etc. We have a study on grenades in one of our mathematics books. They are even developing chemicals (for grenade launchers) to make soldiers have uncontrollable sodomite urges--reminiscent of the beetle traps with pheremones (?) that I used to buy.
Learn about all things that pertain to you, like your well. Learn the secrets of wells--what the Bible says, techniques for finding, digging, the water table, sources, ancient ways, current was, etc. Learn how to improvise your own water filter (sand, gravel, charcoal, cloth, etc.) and then filter some rain water you caught in your cistern and drink it. Learn about the potential dangers of water--avoiding them, treating them--pathogens, pollution, polluted fish, leeches, mosquitoes & malaria, etc.
What we've found in Biblical Scholarship is that after those first two years *AND* learning about food, clothing, shelter, water, & fire *AND* learning about those things that pertain to us, THAT THERE ARE NO MAJOR GAPS IN ANY AREA. And any new thing is easily assimilated. Genesis 1:1-2:7.
Keep reading your Bible--keep it on the cornea as you sit in class, have conversations, etc. Keep on praying and striving for holiness. Keep on observing the holy sabbath. Keep on worshipping, singing, and praising the Lord. He inhabits the praises of his people. Worship, for he is worthy. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with all thy might. Preach the word in season and out of season. And please keep on praying for me, for I know that God hears people like you.
I may be on the computer from time to time, but I have to lay low. Me and the computer have limited days together.
