As I understand it, most plants get their nutrients from the top six (6) inches
of the soil.  If it were to buried within that range, it would be useful.  I do a general 
bed preparation and put a scoop of compost in the soil with the planting.  Some do 
a top dressing at some point.

I have some unfinished compost that needs to be moved, I think I will move
it down a little ways, spread it on top of the grass, put alot soil on top
of it and plant in it.  It can break down the grass in preparation for
making it a new bed in the fall--meanwhile I am able to plant.

Thinking about this is what caused me to get out of my bed this morning--

Ecclesiastes 10:5   There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as
an error which proceedeth from the ruler:

  Ecclesiastes 10:6   FOLLY IS SET IN GREAT DIGNITY, AND THE RICH SIT IN
LOW PLACE.

  Ecclesiastes 10:7   I have seen SERVANTS UPON HORSES, AND PRINCES
WALKING AS SERVANTS UPON THE EARTH.

At every one of those youth group meetings, you (as in VM)
should have been a ruler.  You are calm-minded, intelligent, and
articulate but in this broken down society all is twisted around.  You are
standing around quietly and orderly while the crass ignorants and women
are speaking and making their points known.  I've often thought about how
out of touch a Thomas Jefferson would seem today.  There would be no place
to begin speaking to an out of control mob like what we have today.  I
even see it in the stores.  You have to know what you want before you walk
in there because the sales people cannot help you.  I wanted a jigsaw.  
I went to two different stores and no one could help me to understand
how to use the product.  When these people get jobs, they do not
know about the products and though they may try to figure them out, they
cannot.  When you leave they can get back on their cell phone or their
conversation.  It is costing manufactuerers a lot of money too.  I've seen
them call something broken when in actuality, they just could not figure
it out.  A lot could be said about this.

One of the things that I saw in the disturbing videos about drug abuse in
Wales was the Duvant Male Voice Choir--older white men singing hauntingly
beautiful songs.  Watching them and listening to them during the video was
like seeing the last of the breed.  Very sad.  Afterwards I went to their
website and saw why the children were lost.   There were frivolities on
the website like "news and gossip".  White people have enjoyed living calm
lives, but they have not enjoyed lifting up the scriptures and Jesus'
name.  That they have not enjoyed.  When given options, they listened to
the ideas of Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, Machiavelli, Darwin,  Hobbes and
Locke, and whoever else the Jesuits magnified.  They did not love the
truth Bible enough to immediately detect and openly repudiate the ideas of
these hereticks, blasphemers, filthy dreamers, infidels--these men of
corrupt minds.  Because they did not receive the love of the truth, their
generations would be cursed to the fourth generation, and for some more
than that.  Wales is in the land of Great Britain.  It has been reduced to
less than nothing.  This reduction is found across the face of the earth.

When studying on The Workes by King James VI & I, many things came to light 
about what happened
in the aftermath of those "paper tigers" that roared across Europe.  With the Jesuits
leading the way, Roman
recusancy was eventually changed into "Communism/totalitarianism/depotism/
fascism/socialism" beginning in the 1800s.  In all of these systems, the government
controls every aspect of your life like pope does in Roman
Catholic dogma.  According to them, the pope has both temporal and spiritual
power over the whole earth.  When he holds up the "peace" sign (two fingers together)
he is proclaiming his two powers (1) He owns the whole earth (including all goods)
and (2) he decides the fates of all souls--he has control over all souls.

By clouding the water with "Political Science" studies, Communism 
and Socialism are  looked upon as political ideologies instead of the usurpation of 
national and individual rights by an outside force, specifically, The Mother
and the devil  In "Political Science" totalitarianism is
presented as a legitimate political system.  Socialism is presented as a more mild,
workable system.  It has not worked out either.  Ask somebody with cancer in 
a universal health care Socialist country what they think about the quality of
health care they receive.  I heard their mortality rate is 3-4 times that in America.
The rising of so many dictators in the world in the 20th century is easy to 
understand once a few key 
things about Rome are understood.  She can only do business with thugs 
and thieves and treasonous lovers of
bribes.  She has the money to send in thugs, take over governments, set up
dictators, and sustain the governments with money and treats.  She's been
conniving for centuries.  Her priests and prelates go in there and manage the
hordes.  This she has done systematically and with precision.

The only place that she cannot set up shop is where the scriptures are
magnified, believed, and honoured to the highest level possible.  She has
absolutely no power there.  It's over for her when this occurs.  That is
why when you preach the scriptures and Christ and him crucified, she is up
in arms immediately.  We were online approximately 1 year and 4 month when
I learned that we were on a hate list.  Her actions are swift because the
gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto to salvation to everyone
that believeth, to the Jew first and then to the Gentile.  People get
saved and delivered and instantly go from the power of Satan unto the
power of God.  From the kingdom of the devil to the kingdom of God.  The
gospel obliterates their power instantaneously and permanently.

The believer is free because the Son has made him free.  The believer keeps
gazing into the perfect law of liberty and he goes from glory to glory,
learning more and more, and growing into his full stature in Jesus Christ.
 And as he does so, his witness does not go unnoticed.  Such as are
appointed to life hear him and at some point join him on his way to see
God.    This, in the eyes of the devil's ministers, is extremely grievous
and must be stopped but it cannot be stopped because God will always have
a witness in this world even though the heathen rage and the people
imagine a vain thing.  For all their technology and wiles of the devil,
there will still be Christians here when Jesus comes back.  I
Thessalonians 4:14-18 teaches this.  The wicked  will not eradicate us. 
Some of us will still be here when Jesus comes back.  Those will be rough,
but purifying times as we get ready to meet the bridegroom.  Right now, we
are getting ready against those times.  Daniel 11 teaches that they that
do know their God shall be strong and do exploits, and they that
understand among the people shall instruct many.  Not few, but many.  Now
is the time to teach.
