Dear Mephibosheth: These thoughts grew out of my thinking about college. What is the point of college? To further the world's children along in their dependence on others and serving themselves. It is not an education. The foundations are destroyed from day 1 because they do not go to the scriptures. I am glad I am not at school. I think the Lord strongly lead me not to go there this semester. Yet I am still learning-- and necessary things too, not information without foundation like I was there. Here is 'Be Ye Separate.' * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The Love of Money is the Root of All Evil The world has set up system for its own to live in from birth to death. This system is completely separate from God's system. Most people do not even know that they are in the world's system. Few even know that there is another system. This is not an accident. They were taken captive at the will of the devil so young that they didn't even know it. Almost every American alive today has been in the world system their whole life. Only salvation and obedience to Jesus Christ can free someone from it. Let us identify they way this system works. It is built around the love of money and pleasure. Let's look at it and see how. **** An adult living in the world meets their basic physical needs by working for someone else at a job. For each hour they chose to work, the number in their bank account goes up. For food, clothes, water, and rent, a person pays someone else or goes to a supermarket. In this system, the more money you make, the more you can afford to pay other people to take care of your necessities. The fewer necessities you have to take care of, the more free time you have to do what you want to do. The more money you make, the more things you can afford to do in your free time. For finer food, clothes that other people think more of, larger apartments, and entertainment to burn their free time on, they need more in their bank account. One of the keys to a bigger bank account is getting a college degree. College is where people professing themselves to be wise teach the latest doctrines of the world's wisdom. Restate these ideas well enough on tests, and you get a degree. The degree opens up higher-paying jobs. Incidentally, with enough degrees, you can become an expert in a highly specialized field of knowledge. An expert knows the real truth about their field that the average person often does not have enough education to know. Four centuries ago, experts discovered that the earth actually revolves around the sun. A couple centuries ago, experts announced that the exact words of the Bible have been lost-- but thanks to them, new discoveries are bringing us closer to what they really said. They also figured out that humans evolved over millions of years from ooze in the ocean. Today, people are fortunate enough to have experts to tell them that guns are dangerous, using the rod on children harms their self-esteem, and sodomy can be better than marriage. Not everyone agrees with everything they say, but for the most part people trust the experts. Someone in the world's system doesn't need to make their own clothes, grow their own food, raise and teach their own children, mow their own lawn, own their own land, have to think for their self, or much of anything else if they don't want to because money answers all of it. Why waste time doing these things when you could use money to pay someone else to do it? Then use the free time to sit down to eat and rise up to play. Someone who is known to be morally upright will likely go to a local church Sundays and Wednesdays. An expert in Greek and theology tells jokes from the pulpit to get everyone in the right spirit, and then explains the hidden, real meaning of verses by explaining the dynamics of the original language. The people go home with their consciences eased because they learned that God doesn't expect them to be perfect, because everyone sins and God is love. He understands. Just try to live morally, and everything will turn out okay in the next life. Only really bad people like murderers don't go to heaven. And if you've had an abortion-- it is not murder because it wasn't a child yet. The Christians might attend studies to learn how the Bible's ancient words and ways of life should be interpreted today. For instance, science now shows how Genesis one could support evolution. They might tithe and pay for a missionary to go to other countries to people who aren't in the world's system and give them American clothes and tell them that Jesus loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives. They might also send their children to public schools to be a witness there. Some of the more conservative people in the world's system often give up their socially negative habits like smoking, drinking, and gambling in favor of better hobbies such as golf or sports. They can do whatever they want to in their time with their money, as long as they don't hurt anybody and do what is right. Everything will turn out fine in the next life. If chance smiles on you, then you get to retire at a relatively young age. This allows you to be free to spend all your time doing what you want to do. However, very few attain the life of pleasure. Many spend their lives chasing the dreams in their heart, which they have been taught to follow above all else. Many become borrowers servant to the credit card lenders. At some point the time comes when they quietly die. Pastors comfort grieving family members by telling them that the dead are in a better place now. Their children grow up further in the world system. It has so much more offerings now than it did when their parents were growing up. The children will start learning at an earlier age how to be successful in this world system-- the best are able to make it to college. And so the system continues. It grows with each generation. That is good because it helps life get better all the time. The problem with this system is that nearly everything listed above is contrary to God's system in the Bible. Come out from among them, and Be Ye Separate Let us examine scripture to see how God's system works. It is in complete contrast to the world's system. God's system is based on the fear of God and righteousness. In God's system, a man relies on God for his food, clothing, water, fire, and shelter. Jesus said: "…Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things." (Luke 12:22, 29-30) Right there, Jesus undermined the entire world system. A Christian relies on God instead of the world for what they need. **This means a Christian does not have to go to the world for what they need.** We are free from the world if we will just take our freedom that Christ paid for and told us about in His Word. "The LORD will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish…" (Proverbs 10:3a) What amazing laws of economics a Christian lives by. It is not possible for a righteous man to famish. How is that for a promise? It cannot be broken. If you are famishing, you are guaranteed to receive what you need-- and often so much more-- by seeking righteousness. "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33). In the world's system, you can spend all your time and substance on food, shelter, college degrees, insurance plans and still lack what you need. You can spend decades studying, storing, preparing, but even with all the labour, there is no guarantee for the world's children that they will be satisfied in time of need. None. A Christian can put off his evil works and seek righteousness, and in a moment have the rest of him whole life taken care of for him if he holds fast until the end. In one day, he can come out of reliance on the world's system. Proverbs 19:23 says: "The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil." Why does God promise to provide all our needs for us? He has His own plans for us to spend our time doing. A Christian does not take hold of the exceeding great and precious promises so he can do what he wants to in his time. No. When Jesus becomes your Saviour, you make Him your Lord too. You give Him the right that He already has to govern what you do with your time, money, words, and everything else. Of course this rules out gratifying your lusts with unclean and profane things like movies, worldly music, television, fictional books, amusement ('a' means without, 'muse' means think. 'amuse' means 'without thinking') parks, video games, leisure trips and so forth. It also rules out doing things just because you want to, even if they are not evil. "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's" (I Corinthians 6:19-20). So many young Christians repent and believe the Bible, but fail to get in the stream and start moving forward. They stop the brakes on everything they are doing, but don't really realize there is a whole different, superior way for them to go down. God can prevent this through His word, but this happens again and again due to faulty teaching and bad examples in the believers. The new converts, at first so ready to hear, mix in with the Christian people they respected. They soon accept that they are now whole and right and stop moving. If you don't know your path, pray, fast, and keep seeking until God moves. He is waiting. "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). A Christian should trust in the LORD for everything. This does not mean he does not have to work, no. For if a man does not work, he shall not eat. There is work to be done. A Christian should take every thought and everything to the LORD to see what God thinks of it. God will most certainly show you if you seek Him. He will be magnified in them that seek Him above what we can even think or imagine. Go to Jesus with all your requests. Ask Him what He thinks of how you spend your time. Read the Bible to know what God wants you to do. In God's system, Jesus Christ is Lord over the man. The man is the image and glory of God. God has given the earth to man to subdue and rule over. He told man to work the ground. In God's system, a man works. In all labour there is profit. In the Bible, a man knew what he needed to live. Today, men are raised in the world's system so they are dependent on someone else for their food, for their clothes, for their shelter. God calls for us to come out of this. He calls for us to redeem the time. God will restore the years the locusts have eaten-- HIS WORD WILL RESTORE OUR PATHS. Man does not need much to live and be blessed. A man knows what he can eat in nature, how he can get food out of the ground. He knows how he can build a shelter. He knows how he can sustain life depending only on God. You can go to the market for what you need, but if there is no more market, you are not stranded. You can take things from the world that have some use, apply it the proper way, and dispose the rest. You are not dependent. You are empowered to use what may be around you, not the other way around where you are dependent on them. In the Bible, a man knows how to lead about a wife. He knows how to support her. He knows how to be hospitable and serve others with his time and work. He knows how to lead about a household. He knows how to raise his children, how to feed and clothe and teach them. He does not send wife to someone else for food or work. Her duty is in the home. He does not send his children to someone else for an education. He avoids debt. They go without if they cannot afford it. When you are a lover of God more than a lover of pleasure, a whole new lifestyle is opened to you. It is a life of REAL things. Real work. Real profits. Real love. Real humility. Real understanding of how Scripture governs your life. This is how God's system works. Man is dependent on God for everything, but God tells the man that he has labour to do himself. If you have God, you don't need the world's system. You can live separate from it. So where does the world's system take mankind? Where do the sum of modern technologies and sciences eventually lead? Utopia? A world without death? A worldwide brotherhood without wars? The Bible tells us what before it happens. Everything in the world is leading up to a single point. "And he [the man of sin] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" (Revelation 3:16-17). The mark of the beast may not be out there yet, but the system that supports it ALREADY IS. If you give a man a mark that prevents him from buying or selling, but he can already meet his basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, water, and fire on his own, he can still live just fine. It does not affect him. This defeats the purpose of the mark. So Satan has been working in history ahead of time to create a world system that will already be in place for the mark when it comes. There are already many antichrists at work. In the world system, every person is dependent by design. That way, they will need to be able to buy and sell just to live. Anyone in the world's system who would not want to accept the mark will have to because they cannot buy food, clothing, shelter, and keep on living in their unrepentant state, without it. They would die. This dependency is how America is today. Children are not taught any more when seedtime and harvest is. They do not know how to eat some plants growing in nature if they need to like David and Christ's disciples knew. They do not know what their basic needs are. This is not natural. There has never been a time in history where this has been the case. People rely on buying everything they need to live off of someone else. In the process, they make the merchants of the earth rich. In practice, we are servants to God's enemies. We do not know how to rely on the earth and knowledge God gave us in the Word. It was not like this a few generations ago in any nation. That is because the time is getting nearer to the mark. All the foundations of the world are out of course. Today, we have lost our heritage. 'Christians' have been expecting a rapture to come and rescue them away from troubles, but no such rapture exists in Scripture. The only time we will be caught up in the air is at the sounding of the last trump when Christ Himself returns. The saints will be here when the man of sin appears, and they will not take his mark. "And it was given unto him [the man of sin] to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear" (Revelation 3:7-9). This world system was carefully created by the spirit of antichrist. The news does not tell you about who made this system. There is a "great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth" (Revelation 17:18). There is a city where Satan's seat is. There is a city that is quietly in the background moving everything towards worshipping Satan himself. She is called… MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. There is a source for all the abominations in the earth. If you see a corruption, whether GMO foods, the Mormon church, the pre-tribulation rapture doctrine, communism, form-fitted, immodest clothing for women and children, and on and on, there is a single entity who has had her hand in all of it. Look at any corruption, and go look for the mother's include behind it, because she is the mother of all the harlots and abominations in the earth. The scripture says who she is. This is the city on 7 hills-- Rome [Revelation 17:9]. Rome is still in power today. The mother of harlots and abominations of the earth sits in the very seat of blasphemy-- it claims to be the mother church and substitute for Christ-- the Holy Mother Roman Catholic Church. She is dressed in scarlet and pearls. She is adorned with gold, silver, pearls, and precious jewels. All the merchants of the earth follow her protocols and are rich by her. Look at any rich corporation, and she influences all of it behind the scenes. She has dealings with all nations and every government. She is the mother of every abomination-- all of them are created and spread by her through her governments, peace policies, false religions, merchants, Jesuit missions and schools, etcetera. She developed the rules you live by in the world system. She determines what is highly esteemed among men. She determines what is 'cool,' how the people on the streets think, talk, dress, eat, spend their time, live and die. She has changed the doctrines of the protestant churches to accept her people as brethren. She controls Islam, and guides all the other religions. She claims the land you live on and your very soul. She sits in the place of God, saying that she is God. She is the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth. She designed the world's system over centuries of deceptions, lies, wars and setbacks. She has eliminated with a vengeance all who oppose her. God has given the kings of the earth into her hands. She has erased knowledge of her millions of Christians she has tortured and murdered. She has rewritten the history books so they do not show her as a ruler over the earth. But she is in power. History bears witness. The Bible says so. She wants you dependent on someone else for everything. Dependent people pose little threat to their enemy. They are not free. When the antichrist finally appears, everyone who is not in the book of life will already be waiting for him-- they are already living his lifestyle. For them, it will be refreshing to have a man to identify with and save them from their troubles so they can keep living for pleasure. The call to all of God's people in every nation, tongue, and people is: "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues" (Revelation 18:4). Come out! "And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." (II Corinthians 6:16-18). All the world is in a spiritual battle. The kings of the earth have taken counsel together AGAINST THE MOST HIGH. Everyone is either a child of God, or the devil. There is no middle ground. The children of the devil usually do not even know they are in a battle. They just live the lives that have been set up before them. The Christians of the earth have let slip the Words of Christ. They have become lukewarm. They bring shame on the name of Christ. The devil worshippers, witches, and unsaved mock the powerless, defeated 'churches.' They know the churches aren't real. These 'churches' are struggling for relevance in the world while ignoring the Scriptures, which are ALWAYS relevant and true concerning all things. If they do not go to God's Word as the final authority in all matters, their foundations are already destroyed. Most of the people in 'churches' are not saved. A Christian with a King James Bible is as much better than a college student at a 'Christian' university or seminary that doesn't teach God's Word alone as light excels darkness. We have been taught that things are getting better. Modern advances in science, medicine, technology have increased the quality of life and things are getting better. THIS IS FALSE. The Bible says that things will get worse and worse. " This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come" (II Timothy 3:1). "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived" (II Timothy 3:13). Everything in this world is heading to destruction-- and Satan knows it. His spirits are in every house, apartment, city, nation, working together with all the powers and principalities to deceive everyone until the time is ready where they will worship the dragon. **The only defense is complete obedience to God's Word.** Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He rules over Satan, the great whore, you and me. Though the devil is the god of this world and offers it to whom he will, his power is NOTHING. Jesus Christ rules ABSOLUTELY over Satan. If you do not submit yourself to Jesus Christ now, the time will come when you will not be able and wish you could. If you believe in Christ, seek Him concerning all things in your life. Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths. He will lead you back to ancient understanding. He will meet with you. He will sever you from the world. It is time we awake from sleep and redeem the time. Our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. There is a work every Christian to do. What I see here is a fleshing out of important thoughts, the repudiation and rejection of the world, a blueprint for future, and the devil having to flee because it is too late for him now in your life. It is too late, praise God. The devil has lost another one--and by God's grace and appointment, the devil will keep on losing. As you go forward I believe that you will deal many blows of your own. The devil and his miserable servants are not the winners of this contest. We will overcome him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. May I direct you to the admonitions of II Timothy chapter 2? This road is rough, and the end is near. Endure what you must in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. This battle can be and will be won. Just hold fast your profession firm to the end and I'll meet you on the other side, I perceive with the victor's shout. * * * * * * * * * * * * > It [Be Ye Separate teaching] > seemed a little bit scathing at times when I re-read it yesterday, > something that I didn't mean for it to be. A rebuke is a rebuke. One of the responsibilites of the prophet is to dis-cover iniquity-- Lamentations 2:14 Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and **they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity**; but have seen for thee false burdens and causes of banishment. The false prophets have not done this. It is time to rip off the shroud, no holds barred. Isaiah says lift up they voice like a trumpet and shew my people their transgressions. It is time to get loud. And he that hath and ear, let him hear... On January 4 of this year something very special and peculiar happened under the words of my daughter. After those words were spoken we remained in the same spot for sometime--she curled up and fell asleep on me, which was quite unusual. As I thought on things that day it made me think about the year 2000 which I've called my pentecostal year. it was a fearful, yet explosive year. It was sobering and maybe frightening to think about that sort of thing happening this year--and to know that there was nothing that I could do about it. I believe that this is the year of reckoning for me--not unto death, but unto life--my daughter congratulated me when she woke up from off my lap and was leaving the room...yet the scourging and discovery that comes before the deliverance is on my mind. I've experienced a number of very beautiful moments this year and at times I've even felt that I was completely out of the water never to return to the clogged pipe. But the past few days show that I'm not out, yet. God knows how to unclog a pipe, completely. Well, I feel a little tired. Good night. Both of us--my daughter and I--are in need of your prayers. Thank you for this. Mephibosheth ****************** Dear Vigilant Watchman: Greetings. I had a mind to finish uploading the Mephibosheth & Vigilant Watchman letters. At about noon I found myself on the deck to accomplish this purpose. At the top of the email was my response to you. The computer locked up and I found myself examining it. About 30 minutes later, I rebooted the computer. I cursored down and I guess I was trying to figure out where to begin copying. The computer locked up again. On the screen was the beginning of YOUR TEACHING entitled, "Be Ye Separate". I understood that I was going to read it through and not simply copy it. It is now 3:17 pm and this is the only thing that I have been doing excepting a few momentary interruptions. What I called a meditation and fleshing out of important thoughts is a teaching that I did not read carefully enough. There are number of weighty and important precepts here worthy of lengthy consideration. As I read the teaching, when I came to Revelation 13 where it talks about the name, the mark, and number of the beast's name, I thought about the mark. I thought about the triquetra--or some derivative thereof. I would not be surprised if the triquetra was in the mark, especially since it consists of three sixes (666). The triquetra is on a famous witchcraft book of spells and it is also on the New King James Bible. It is found in the symbols of many business and in the new age and in theosophy, the worship of Lucifer. The triquetra is composed of 666 and can be designed in various ways--for instance, I've seen it rendered as three men with interlocking arms... 666 I saw a "Christian" documentary that took excerpts from various worldly movies and showed how the moviemakers incorporate 666 in films in various ways within moments of time. For instance, in one scene, the protagonist goes to the doctor's office and as they open the door, the viewer sees that it is room number 6. A second later, he sits down and glances up at the clock, it is 6 pm. He grabs his file from the receptionist and a few moments later and you see him on the corner of 6th street waiting for a bus. I'm sure that this is not exactly what I saw but what I saw was on this wise. The documentary maker showed many, many instances of this (it means that their group sat and watched a bunch of evil and edited it which I by no means endorse). My point in all this is that 666 is being embedded all over the place. I write 666 but I always keep in mind-- Six hundred Three score Six. The number of his name. So Revelation talks about-- his mark his name and the number of his name Let's fill in what we know and what we might know-- mark--triquetra which has 666 name--unknown number of his name--666 The Bible gives us a third of the information here already and VERY MUCH outside of this. If the triquetra is involved, we have two-thirds of the puzzle pieces. the mark of the beast--a symbol the mark of his name--a symbol that represents his name the name of the beast--he has a name, what is it? What is his name? How does one count it? the number of his name--the number of his name is 666 It is now 4:02 pm. Can we make some room here? Given the fact that there is absolutely NO SALVATION for ANYONE who receives the mark it means that they know EXACTLY what they are doing. To me, I think of THE INDIGNATION of Daniel 8:19 (followed by information on the beast in v. 23 to the end). In receiving this mark there is a blasphemy being committed and agreed to by anyone who takes it. Some new age wizard said something like this, "Participation in the new age will require a Luciferian initiation." Attached to that mark is the greatest blasphemy and rejection of God that could possibly be made. It will NOT be forgiven. The Bible makes it clear. It is no deception, IT IS A KNOWING PLEDGE TO THE DEVIL. They WORSHIPPED the beast AND THE DRAGON that gave power to the beast. The Lord Jesus Christ directed us back to Daniel concerning the abomination that maketh desolate-- Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: The Lord said go back to Daniel AND UNDERSTAND. Daniel was curious about these things, but was told to seal up the book because it was for the time of the end. THIS IS THE TIME OF THE END. On our watch in 2010 it is time to figure out what is emerging. It is time for Daniel's prophesy to be unsealed so we have to look at it bit by bit. We can examine whatever we find on the table. I have questions, but maybe we have enough to think about for now. Let's let our minds stay open. The Lord sent us back to Daniel which specifically mentions the abomination that maketh desolate and the taking away of the daily sacrifice. As Sarah and Hagar were both historical and allegorical, so I believe that Israel disobedience and the punishment by Nebuchadnezzar and the ransacking of Jerusalem were both historical and allegorical... Nebuchadnezzar's image that he made in Daniel chapter three was threescore (60) cubits high by six (6) cubits in breadth. The temple was destroyed as a judgment against Israel and some of God's things went into the house of Nebuchadnezzar's god...
